Hey, guys. my question is the two coin batteries on the board U325 , are they the same battery or they are two different batteries?

Bought one used and it works great but no movement on the horizontal slide? I just unpacked it and the brake is not engaged but nothing. Is there perhaps a shipping screw that prevents movement in transit that I have to undo ?
