I have a secondhand GE ultrasound vivid t8, but it has artifacts on the video situated at the top. But I dont have knowledge how to open it to check the parts. Do you have service manual for this model, so that I can check the parts and I can purchase it.

Hi All:
Someone have experience with the GE model Vivid T8? The system doesn't show the ECG trace despite the cable is connected to an ECG Simulator. The cable was tested in other system and is ok. The ECG board located in the control panel was replaced and doesn't solve the problem. Due the ECG Board use a USB for power and data I verified the connection using the Test in service where the USB can be disconnected to be verified in a list. Software and App was reloaded and doesn't solve the problem. Please any recommendations?
Just in case I turn ON the ECG button on the touch panel

About the 4C-RS, the scan area has interference like lots of lines even without/with compound and bad image when scanning. About the L6-12-RS, there is a vertical line in the middle of the scan area, the other probe 3SC-RS has no problem after all. What should i do to eliminate the interference generated in the probe?
