I have a strange issue. I have 2 units . 1 unit has defective lamp, I tried replacing with a new lamp module the lamp does not work., but when i took the lamp module from other unit and install in the first unit it start to work,  So this clearly shows that Power supply if working as well. Please help me in identifying the problem and recitfing it

I have MLX that is producing a burning smell. The smell is coming out of the hole the light comes out of. I was told there could be some misalignment going on. If this is true what should I look for.

I replaced the bulb assy with a new one that works in another light source and it will not fire. I am asssuming the power supply is bad, has anyone had any luck ordering a power supply from Luxtec and replacing it?

I have a Luxtec MLX 300,where the motor drives the wheel for reducing light to the stop and makes klikking sound, you can press the - minus button, the display counts down but the motor goes to stop = full light. Has anybody seen this problem ?

Is there a source for the lamp, and instructions to change, other than buying a "lamp Module" for $800.
