I’m facing an issue with a Siemens Arcadis Varic C-arm that started after a sudden power outage.
When I press the start button, the system powers up as usual — I can hear some relays clicking — but after about one to two minutes, it completely shuts down.
On the power supply block, the red LED labeled “SP” turns on immediately after the shutdown.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation or knows what the SP LED indicates in this case? Any suggestions or documentation references would be greatly appreciated.
After replacing the bios battery and replace processor thermal paste. I had to load the ghost image because the disk ended corrupted, and its asking me a syngo license. Before that, in the C arm appeared messages 9701&9702. and ASP_ASM_E_69. Idk what to do with these errors.

Also changed the battery and processor thermal paste but after configurating the Bios, the problem got solved. But Now left monitor has gone, I read over here that I need to put it in dual mode, theres is a way to get to windwos as administrator and change it? I dont have the service license for this one.
Also with this, a client asked me to send the c arm images to a dicom viewer, i read that this is optional. To check and configure the dicom part, do i need the service license?
We have a Seimens Arcadis Varic bringing out error messages 4500, 4531 and 9702 message "Operating system not ready, Camera busy " To complete booting, we would need to depress the CPU front button independently at the same we are depressing the"on button" on the frame otherwise the CPU does not communicate. We have tried reinstalling the software with CD's bought with the system with no success. Problem persists with the C-arm disconnected from the main system. We believe the problem is with the software, and need help with a complete software package and if possible reinstalled for me on larger size hard discs to install on our aged system. Hello!, I have the following problem with PC M430 Celsius, it happens that finishing the boot stage and showing the syngo application screen immediately goes into hibernation.

My C-arm get error: CIPP board receive line failure. If failure occurs frequently, inform service. Date time ASP_MSY_E_2005. Anyone have solution for that case. Thank you
