The arcadis varic VB13C only enters the software in VGA mode, however in this mode it does not control the arc.
When it starts in normal mode it loads up to "Windows XP" and the screens are in standby status.

Just recovered error by reseating PCI cards. I need to backup software in case need to restore In future. Needs guidance
Do I need to make a ghost CD or is it possible from syngo software itself?

Hi
On start up, prompts F2 for setup and F1 for to proceeds. Found wrong date in bios, corrected. On pressing F1 windows stops to respond during windows Xp logo. Did not found any other abnormality in setup? More over on opening back cover UPS was found absent and could not locate backup discs. C-Arm was working fine a day earlier
