Hello, has anyone figured out a way to fix the speaker malfunction inop alarm? This started when replacing the touchscreen and having to unplug the speaker. The speaker is still audible and works as intended. Have tried 3rd party and OEM speakers, reloading software multiple times and using OEM and aftermarket touchscreens. The service manual only states that during the power on self test the speaker didn't pass and that's why its alarming. All the speakers Ohm'd out to 8 ohms as they should, kinda lost for the next step besides dropping the money on a philips depot repair.

Having an issue here where when SP02 is selected with our telemetry devices and an alarm triggers, when canceling the alarm, it also shuts off SP02 monitoring. This happens with all piics (4) and with all wireless devices (M4841A, and MX40). Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

i am trying to figure out why my lcd screen is haveing an issue. the device started as WILL NOT POWER i have replaced 510d or BAEEP 510 amplifiers just off the main power leads and that fixed the no power issue but now my screen is just white almost as if there is no valid video signal. does the small button battery on the back provide or ramp up the video signal so it can come in at a higher resolution? or does it even have a functionality with the 332 coil on the back that has direct effect on the LCD screen

Our end users have reported increasing problems with the lithium battery only lasting a few hours.

The battery charger is NOT displaying / reporting  problems with any of the batterys.

Should I be looking for a loss of signal that is causing the MX 40 to shut down??

Best regards.

Malcolm.
