Having an issue here where when SP02 is selected with our telemetry devices and an alarm triggers, when canceling the alarm, it also shuts off SP02 monitoring. This happens with all piics (4) and with all wireless devices (M4841A, and MX40). Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

i am trying to figure out why my lcd screen is haveing an issue. the device started as WILL NOT POWER i have replaced 510d or BAEEP 510 amplifiers just off the main power leads and that fixed the no power issue but now my screen is just white almost as if there is no valid video signal. does the small button battery on the back provide or ramp up the video signal so it can come in at a higher resolution? or does it even have a functionality with the 332 coil on the back that has direct effect on the LCD screen

Our end users have reported increasing problems with the lithium battery only lasting a few hours.

The battery charger is NOT displaying / reporting  problems with any of the batterys.

Should I be looking for a loss of signal that is causing the MX 40 to shut down??

This is more of a PIC configuration issue, but has anyone implemented the Device Location on your centrals? It's active on some of my centrals but not all of them. And do I need to buy another computer to be configured as an application server, to connect it to my Philips network, so that it can work with the Location software? Thanks!

Does anyone know how to turn the Local Audio option on on a MX40? I think mine is set to be off by default.   Thanks in advance

Followed the set up but losses communication intermittently using the 6 leads. What would be causing it.  IS it the leads or the Transreceiver? Guidance please surely is appreciated.  Thanks

For those that have been to the school, one question - does the password for the Support Tool expire? If so, how does one get it back? I'm afraid I know the answers but I want to hear from someone else first. Thanks!

Does anyone know a vendor that would sell the battery door gasket/seal?  All I have been able to locate is the door with the gasket attached.
