My agfa cr dx-m completed full calibration with solid green light, but pops error 16914 when i tried to process a plate. Can any one help pls

HI, there are line artifacts on my images on DX-M digitizer. the lines are alternating (grey, white). It shows mainly when a bucky case is done (CXR, LSS, Pelvis), but i don't see the lines on table top cases (wrist, hand, ankle)

after reading cassette the digitizer turns off on its own what is the reason please help

The cassette is stuck in the processor. The installers have spent all day trying to remove it. Please help

Upon bootup of the DX-G it throws the error code 10276. Anyone know why?
