Hello, THE KEYBOARD ON OUR DEVICE SOMETIMES DOES NOT WORK. THE LIGHTS ARE BLINKING CONSTANTLY, BUT THE KEYBOARD IS NOT RESPONDING.CAN YOU HELP ME? Please THANKS?

I Have a problem with my Hitachi Aloka F37 ultrasound machine curve probe displaying signal dropout. Is there any solution other than replacing the probe. By inspection No damage, tears, broken parts were recognized. The dropout is being noted fixed centrally Whenever I move the probe. If anybody can help I can provide him with a video for the case. I want to change the orientation mark from RIGHT side of the screen to the LEFT side..

What is the process to clear the worklist and database to remove all patient information from the machine before trading it in? Facility will not approve any cost for a service call but also will not permit removing the hard drive as that would render the machine worthless for trade in. A copy of the configuration manual and service manual might be helpful but are not available unless someone has the pages needed and can send them to me.

Hello!

Could you please help me to choose ultrasound scanner?

At midtime I'm using SSD 3500, now I'm hesitating between ALOKA ProSound ALPHA 6 (Premier) or ALOKA F37: http://bimedis.com/search/search-items/ultrasound-machine

Will I see any difference in comparison with my SSD3500?
