I am looking for a service manual, or information.
A customer has a Leica CV5030 that has been observed drawing xylene and air up the dispense tube, back into the mountant bottle. I am assuming that either a solenoid(s) has stuck, causing it to be in a "degas" mode when the customer is trying to prime it or dispense. RE: Leica Biosystems - CV5030
Not sure you can help us but we are having a issue with the Preamplifier for the output rack it is the new style with the digital readout. The readings when a rack is in the chute are very low 285 and the unit will not operate but if we clean the lasers the numbers will climb enough up to 315 and the unit will operate for a while but then the numbers fall and the unit fails again. Have you ran into this before. Any help would be greatly appreciated
