I have a customer with 2 of these units, and neither keypad responds to any button depressing. I can hear the little button spring click. I found an empty battery holder on the back of the keypad pcb. all functions work (via remote)as well as display and door sense, but those are all separate pcb's. "Roger" in tech support claims the battery is just for memory(odd location), that there are no parts available for sale, and it will have to be shipped in for eval. But he also won't give a clear answer on cost for Eval, Diagnostic, repair, etc. shady. I believe he's lying about all of this as well as his name.
Anyone else experienced this? if I had a CR2025 battery on me i'd pop it in to test out the theory RE: Olympus - OEP-4
Hello to all: Does anyone have a service manual for the Olympus OEP-4 Printer? The problem I'm having is the printer prints one page correctly, then the 2nd page jams and the paper ends up beneath the cassette. Thanks in advance for any help.
