Our Phillips Compano is not loading the cassets anymore. The display shows an error (green bolt). any ideas? Thank you

I came this morning and I own my machine my Cr and it came up and what i saw was the error lights I don't know what could cost it,

Has a message with all studies saying "Waiting for Imaging Processing", I can ping the PACS and it replies fine and we have made no changes this started 2 days ago.
