Mean arterial pressure is inaccurate on every single one of our DM3’s in our facility. A nurse discovered that these devices are inaccurate because she was doing the manually and actually using the formula. I know I’d know fix for this yet but it should be an update although these devices are end of life.

Hi any techs know how to get to the service mode. someone changed the default password and now I cant get to any of the menus.

Does anyone have a line on parts for the Ultraview DM3 monitor (91330-NT)?

I have one that was knocked over and broke the plastic front bezel around the display. OEM tells me that they don't sell parts outright; it can only be repaired by sending it in for a flat-rate repair in excess of $300.00.
