Buen día, alguien tendrá el manual de servicio del equipo BMI Jolly plus 30, tengo un problema con uno ya que al encenderlo solamente aparece un mensaje en la pantalla de datos del CPU e inmediatamente aparece un pingüino sentado y se reinicia, ojala alguien me pueda ayudar

Dear, 

i am biomedical engineer, and have purchased x-ray unit mobile Model. 30 plus x-ray unit  jolly bmi , for our hospital in pakistan, the x-ray eqpt has gone unserviceble and it touch screen is turning on,and software is uploaded,but one symbol is appeared on touch screen which dis turbe the function of touch penal,

 

the sybol is  ,, X ,, so kindly help me, here the patients are very in problem due to thi is problem, in pakistan the sole agent is totally fraudlunt firm called M/s Bio insturements technlogy. 

please help me to solve the fault problem in our x-ray machine
