I have here a unit that alarms when it is plugged in, where it is switched on or not. All of the control panel buttons are working, except when "Silence Alarm" is pressed the device continues to alarm. Does anyone know why this is?

I am looking for the the hosing that connect the actual blue warming pad to the blanketrol unit. Do you sell parts? and if so, do you sell this part?

I have a Blanketrol II that is causing the line isolation monitor to alarm.  Maximum current draw during normal operation is @ 7 amps, heating or cooking.  Anybody have any experience with this issue?
