I have a Dash 3000 with a blank screen. It seems the rest of the unit works since I can push the NIBP button and it starts to inflate but I see nothing on the screen. The AC LED is lit. RE: GE HealthCare - Dash 3000

Anyone have this to update from 7.2? I have 2 units that are having the boot looping problem. I read that GE is supposed to provide the update for free, but am thinking the likelihood of getting it, unless Im willing to pay them big bucks, is less than the chance of winning the lottery. I dont have an account with GE, so I wont get anywhere with them. Is it installed with the cold boot via the Ethernet port? Thanks RE: GE HealthCare - Dash 3000
Hello, My unit which has the Version 7 software update. It had a boot loop problem so I went in to reset it which worked temporarily. It then came up indicating the Ethernet address was incorrect and had a corrupt boot file which it was able to reset. I noticed that now the Ethernet address has changed from what it was and several monitoring parameters that were activated are now inactive. If I try to enable in the cold boot menu it asks for a unique password which is not the usual password to get into the service menu. How do I re-enable these since is says password is related to Ethernet address which has now changed? RE: GE HealthCare - Dash 3000
Im trying to turn off the ECG parameter, monitor setup >parameters> ECG.. when I click on it says the ECG parameter can not be turned off. Ive also tried monitor default>setup default Dispaly > and I cant find the ECG parameter option in there. Any idea what causing it not to turn off??? My guess would be its the softwear, as Ive already replaced the DAS module and something still unable to turn ECG off RE: GE HealthCare - Dash 3000
We have a dash unit that was printing from it's local(installed) recorder perfectly fine a few days ago. Now, whenever we try to print it will show a "Saving" message and when we go to set the "Print Location" it doesn't list any options at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hi, I have problem with ECG signal while connect to the patient. It showing good signal when using with battery but once I plug to the main power, there are a lot of noise show up. By the way, it's working find with simulator even with battery and plug to main power.
Anybody else having issues with the Dash 3000s and malfunctioning sound? We have had dozens of these with the exact same issue, and the only resolve seems to be replacing the main board. Any input appreciated.
Has anyone had any luck with repairing capnoflex etco2 modules. Is there any user replacable parts availble to BMETs? Any help would be appreciated. thanks as always guys.
