Did you know what could be happen when you set the machine and it change the fluence. Example: I set 5.5 fluence and it came down to 3.2 RE: Cynosure - MedLite C6
We have a C6 and have had error 12, 85, and 22 repeatedly for the past 9 months, since we bought it. Our service provider has tried on 4 separate attempts to fix this but seem unable or unwilling to fix it.
We have this on a dedicated 120v line.
This seems like a shutter problem or maybe the capacitor or HVPS needs replacing.
Has anyone had this problem with the C6, can you offer some advice.
Is there a laser technician I could contact to help us?

I recently spoke with a laser re-sale company technician that told me the shot counts on my unit are high and I will need a "laser head rebuild" soon. If that is correct, I have some questions: (1) Is that expensive? (2) Is it something I can do myself? (3) If I can do it myself, where can I find instruction and / or the parts? Can anyone provide information and instruction on how to reset the machine? I have reached the maximum shot count for my dye hand pieces. I have replacements, but the unit will not fire unless it is reset. I can only use the 1064 and 532 wavelengths until I perform the reset. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
