Hello, I am having a issues when someone runs on the treadmill it will jerk and cut off. Are there any possible fixes or solutions?

Has anyone had the incline drop during EST? I cant find any info online about this and cant find the details of who we bought this treadmill from... Any info appreciated. Software upgrades are up to date.

Treadmill Trackmaster TMX 425, I am trying to maintain this machine but the running belt motor is not working, while the machine elevation is working. no 10v at the purple wire output of the drive board. please help me
