Hi there, 

I can only save one scan at a time to a USB stick. How can we save more than one at once. We have so many scans! 

Also does anyone know where we can find a user manual?

The equipment is showing ring artifacts. Air calibration has already been performed. I would like to check if anyone can provide guidance or support on how to eliminate these artifacts.

My previous post is related to a HGM PC EDO laser.

According to the service manual the problem is located among others in the O.D (OPTICAL DELIVERY) board.

Is there any suggestion for this error or a problem on this board?

I must say that all the limit switches that detect the fiber connection are ok and the shutter solenoid is activated during the turn on phase.

Equipment: Lightmed - LIGHTLas 532

On startup this 1 unit goes into depressurization, 20min. But stops around the 10 min mark. Customer says it sits there all day and they cant use it. 

Is that a normal part of the cycle on the 400s? Chamber is empty, I can open the door and it makes no difference. 

When the countdown stops, could it be a calibration issue? 

What is thia depressurization, is it the sterilizer or the boiler, is it a feature that can be turned off?

Is there is a way to lift the cryostart when servicing it in the field instead of crawling on the floor and working on my knees is there is a jig or two so someone of you is using for that or do I have to stick with the knee pads
