In 1993, the company released their first EasyCare® bed. The design of this bed offered the smallest footprint in the industry to date, which was a clear market advantage. The revolutionary UltraCare® beds followed in 1999. These feature-rich beds were promoted to nursing homes as the “bed of all beds.” UltraCare’s design provided the best Hi/Low range in the world and became the standard for all other beds.
