Since 1976 APEL have developed, designed and manufactured, mainly optical analytical instruments, including medical devices such as neonatal Bilirubin meter, Hemoglobin meter and analytical instruments such as photoelectric colorimeter, spectrophotometer, etc.

They have supplied their products not only in Japan but also worldwide more than 60 countries.
Those products have been used in all fields of analysis of liquid concentration, such as department of obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, blood center, laboratories, school, food and beverage manufacturers and water quality test site etc.
