Nurse Call System Forums
Why does my Responder 5 Corridor light giving me a configuration error of "Type: CL42 [configured as CL41]". As far as I know there is no such thing as a CL42. My Responder 5 dealer gave me instructions to reset it but it didn't work. Any other suggestions out there?

Does anyone have a schematic for this thing? 2 different depts had issues, we pulled 1 wire off what I think is a power distribution pcb, and most of the micu started working again. A couple of the nurse call units won't quiet, 3 beds and the soiled utility rooms are dead. In our ccu, the same wire got the system back online, but all of the nurse calls are dead, only the overhead page works. I'm the new guy in this shop and there is no documentation here. The company that used to handle it refuses to come fi it b/c we're replacing it. we have 1 dept where 3 beds are
The contacts in the 18-pin call cord connector are bending and the call cords will not fully plug in. We would like to find a company that can replace the connectors, instead of having to replace these call stations.
