7 RepliesHi. I am the owner of this Stryker secure 11 hospital bed that was given to me from a hospital that were getting new beds. The coupling has stripped and I cannot find a place that I can buy one to replace it as everyone will only service hospitals. Can you tell me where I can order that part? RE: Stryker - Secure II

3 RepliesI have a Secure II bed that any time you press an articulation function, the bed automatically raises to the high position, even if I remove my hand from the footboard. The bed will just continue to raise on it's own to the highest positions. I am guessing it is a limit switch somewhere. Any suggestions? RE: Stryker - Secure II

2 RepliesI am working on a bed where the motion at the foot end "jogs" when nearing the high and low limits of motion. It essentially causes the foot end to fall behind in motion and the bed goes into a bit of a trendelenberg position. Eventually, the head end hits its travel limit and the foot end will jog its way to meet it. This happens regardless of which control (siderail or footboard) is used. I was thinking a potentiometer issue, but I would like some advice from anyone who is familiar with this model. RE: Stryker - Secure II

I have a stryker secure ii 602 error code but there are no 600 series codes listed. What might this be? And does anyone know where to find a list of these codes? Google was no help and stryker tech support is closed for the holidays (today is 11/25)

2 RepliesHi there. I just replaced the signal cable I bought used on ebay. Everything works except trendelenburg. The actuators all work. I tried another footboard with the same result, no trendelenburg. Reverse trendelenburg works, head goes down while trendelenburg is pressed, the bed will just not go into trendelenburg. Is it likely a bad signal cable, or is there something else I can check? RE: Stryker - Secure II

1 ReplyWill the bed function with only the siderail controls? I have no footboard. The bed powers up but when siderail buttons are pressed only a 'click' sound is heard from boards. RE: Stryker - Secure II

1 ReplyGatch of the bed will not raise or lower when using the left hand side rail switches. I have tested the boards and they still work. What would be the next step in tracing down the issue further into the wiring? RE: Stryker - Secure II
