Hey there, I more and more get the Alarm 05, especially after prgroam 1, 134deg C. "Cant reach temp or hold vacuum". Service has been done, new gasket, new filters. If I switch on the Siroclave and let it heat up more, it runs through in prgram 2 at least (124 deg Cels). But if I run the program after switching on, it cancelas with error AL05 sometime later....What could it be? Any ideas.... Regards, Petra

Strange alarm

0 Answers

I have a syringe that has a strange alarm. When using a 30 or 50 ml syringe, during the infusion it will stop, the leds that indicate the size of the syringe will blink and you will hear an audible alarm. If I press star the infusion will continue but repeat this alarm several times until it finally finishes the infusion. This doesn't happen when using a smaller syringe (10 or 20ml). I will like to know if maybe I'm doing something wrong or if this has happened to anybody else.

We have a new install of the the new Center iX system. The application randomly crashes and restarting, sometimes not restarting at all causing all of our monitoring to fail into a local mode. Philips will not acknowledge that there is a bug with the software. If anyone else has this system I'd be interested to hear what your experiences are with it. When checking the windows event logs it always shows the PIIC iX server crashing.

Ritter Evolution 75 table with base cylinder leaking. Slow leak over ! 3-4 years. Yellow hydraulic fluid around the base, on the floor. I am a rural solo physician... I have the table opened up this AM. I can see the wet fluid on the base cylineder ONLY. Table works, but I am thinking I should get ahead of this. No one out here in my area to help, so I must try and tackle what I can. I've never replaced a cylinder, nor bled a hydraulic system, etc... But I am willing if it's not terribly complicated. fixed my 7 foot Meyer's snow plow's hydraulic system a week ago. I'm game to have a go at this... I looked into ElectraFit, but that's way too expensive for me. I'm on my own out here. No system to request $$$ from. All out of my own pocket. Where might I begin now that I know the cylinder which is leaking...and have it all unbuttoned. If I should find a new base cylinder for this table....I'd need instructions as to how to undo the hydraulic system safely and appropriately....replace the clylinder....and then bleed and fill the system again. Thoughts? Jeff
