We have a Sterrad NX. It is asking for: "Supervisor or Service Level Login Required"
Need user name (operator) and password.

ae for both user and password. This is the default login. It's short for account executive.
This will prompt when ever the PM is due or if someone has turned on forced login.

Our autoclave has stuck on exhausting phase for a long time!what might be causing this failure?

For the exhaust hangup, it probably isn't reaching the drying vacuum setpoint. Is the pump running? Booster or liquid ring, it has to run. Try pushing reset on the pump contactor box if it has one.
