Does anybody have this cable ? I would make one piece so it would be nice if somebody could provide me diagram of this cable. I need it just for one use so it is not cost effective buy it .

Unfortunately, this is not the cable I need. It is cable for connection between CTS station and fetal monitor.
I need: Service Tool Cable - M1360-61675 for Philips Avalon CTS.
I need it to connect CTS station and PC.

9 pin D on one end to 3.5mm stereo plug on other end.
pin 2 to tip
pin 3 to ring
pin 5 to barrel
