Fuses

Our machine keeps blowing fuses. The cords keep getting cooked at the end.

Chattanogo wont return my phone calls. We have had an electrician come in and replace the fuses and the wires and it still will not work. The reset light comes on when the button is pushed ... thats pretty much it

Can anyone help us out?

These are pretty simple devices emilyt. A quick internet search will provide you with a schematic for your electrician. Your heater is most likely to blame for the issue you're having. Part # 10630. The part will likely come with a schematic and installation instructions. Have your electrician check the control thermostat as well. It could be permanently closed causing the unit to heat constantly thereby drawing excessive current, cooking your wires and tripping the thermal overload. (push button at back)

As stated previously most likely the heating element, however there are a few different versions of these units and some had faulty fuse holders. Heating element should read 14 ohms when good
