paper

My EKG machine ran out of paper and I tried using a "Mortara Paper" but now is not printing, it gives error paper queue. Do I need to do anything when I replace the paper on the machine?

Also how can I get it to print just one copy instead of two?

Thanks

I would first ask what type of ECG machine you put the Mortara paper in? Paper can not be used between manufacturers as the que marks are different and the ECG machines read them differently. As such these also tell the unit when to start and stop printing. If they are in the wrong location, the unit does not see them, and then either keeps advancing paper or does nothing at all. As far as the copies go, what unit is this on, the ELI 250 or the ELI 250c? If it is the ELI 250c please go to the menu and advance to page 3. Move down to # copies and change this to the number of copies you would like. If this is the ELI 250, go to the seetings menu and advance to # copies and select the number you prefer. Should be fine. Please let me know if you have further questions.

No the paper for the ELI 100 is different than the paper for the ELI 250. The que marks are different. The ELI 250 paper can be shared between the ELI 250, ELI 250c, ELI 350, and XScribe
