Peristaltic pump

I recently purchased one of these instruments in good conditions and I did not use after some time and when the pump starts working doesnt pull any sample volume. I cleaned the flowcell and tubing with no results...

Check first the peristaltic pump using your voltmeter resistance check. If the motor will rotate during the testing it is normal. You can go on to check the voltage supply of the peristaltic pump in controller board using the voltmeter. It should be 12 volts DC

The peristaltic pump silicon tube is sticking at the roller pinching side due to long time of disuse.

take out the silicon tube just knead it to release the sticking passage and then fix it presto!

The pump will suck again
