Act 5 diff CP error (Tube Holder not open)

Good Day To All;

We have purchase a new Beckman Coulter 5 diff cp. After we install all need connection including the computer station. We performed testing on it, but after it will displayed in computer monitor, a pop-up box said, " Tube Holder Not Open"

Kindly help me regarding this error, I'm new of this machine. And this machine very needed in the laboratory. Your help is highly appreciated.

you can use a small screw driver and place it in the little hole next to the sample door and push it, it will open the sample door, perhaps was jammed
