I am need of the old RUT Program for OEC-9800's that has the OEC PERSONNEL PRIVILEGED option so I can make some network settings changes. Any help would be appreciated.

You can change everything except connection speed form the operators panel on the workstation. Hit the customize button

Not on this one. It is a pre-OPIS system that will only run RUT (and not RUS), and doesnt have those options in the customize screen.
The only way to change the settings I need to modify are through the RUT program. Thanks.
