How do we get access to Admin Screen, when there is no one in the unit that had adm access? We need to add and delete information for the unit and can't do this without adm access.

Call 215-364-1477 on Monday after 8 east coast time. Ask for judge or paul. They are CU Techs that will help you.You might have to fax over a signature giving you administrative rights.
