Who makes a great digital tachometer for calibrating centrifuges? Thanks in advance!

Tach

We have two tachs, one is a Shimpo MT-200 and the other is an Ametek 1726. I prefer the Ametek; it just seems easier to use and the kit includes everything I need to do centrifuges, treadmills, even motor speeds if I can get near to the shaft. It will read a countertop centrifuge's rpm through the smoked plastic cover that some manufacturers use.
