Logiq 9 freezes on starting scanner screen

Hi I have a problem, when I turn on my Logiq 9 it freezes on the first screen (Starting scanner screen).

 

It happend before, but I unpluged the ultrasound and then connect it again and worked just fine, but since yesterday it doen´t work at all, even if I take all the trasducers.  Can some body help me?

Could it be the software or something worse?

Try to replace the hard drive and reinstall software, many problems are caused by software on these system. You need to check what kind of hard drive is on the system (IDE or SATA), you need both Base Image and Application discs. Also you need a good back up, let me know if you need help

I reinstalled the software and now it works just fine.  Thanks a lot!.
