would appreciate if you can advice what should be the remedial action after converting sterrad inst to autoclaving and found that the light cable deteriorated.
Do I revert back to sterrad?

the question is what the light cord IFU's said. If they say don't autoclave, then you shouldn't. If they say to do it, then the manufacturer should be contacted. In the meantime, revert to Sterrad.

Thanks for the reply. The IFU states that it can be autoclaved. However it did not specify that changing the method of processing will cause damage to the light cable.
