I need the service manual to know the parts name

If you have a Stryker Medical account, you can log in yourself to the portal at  https://techweb.stryker.com/   or you can create an account. Then you can locate the manual and download it yourself. It's about 15 meg in size.

If there is a problem with that, then reply back and we'll work something out. Also, if you can give a hint as to what kind of part you're looking for? The 1020 is a Trauma stretcher, so it can have some items on it that are different from the others.
