Need some help with an AGFA
DX-S.
Getting 2501 error at boot up. Error log says to check cabling to the scanhead. Replaced the SHI board and the Scanhead.. Same error. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you checked the wire to SHI board and the scanhead?

Yep, check it with a voltmeter at the connector, sometimes is just a false contact.
