Radiometer ABL5

I have bad sample suction, the blood do not reachs the ref. Electrode, and we

got bad patient result, while the control results are good, some times we have

also Rinse Error.  Please help

Assalam Alaikum,

Dear,

This is a common error in all ABL series, but this is because of lack of weelkly maintainence. The solution of the your question is

1. Check the level of Rinse, Cal 1 & 2, standard. If it is low replace it.

2. Protein removal. (Procedure in User Manual)

3. check for All electrodes & Controls expiries. If expired replace it.(Fallow the Instruction in manual)

4. Run Calibration 1 & 2. & Control Level 1, 2, 3, 4.

Inshallah every thing will be alright & you will never find errors in future.
