Light flashing bed locked

Unplug the bed for 60 seconds. Plug it back in. If it is still flashing, press and hold both the hilo up and hilo down buttons for about 15 seconds. This should reset it.

The hand controller was dropped or is bad. But yes hold both hi low buttons down simultaneously till it beeps 9 times then the bed will reset

What if that doesn't do anything? I have tried reseting, and other controls. Is the control box bad then?

I have Enterprise 5000 and all LED flashing, I have re-set the hand control but after 30 min start flashing again and the bed not functioning at all.
Could you please advise?
