227 has been conveniently left out of my T/S manual...
I personally would contact Conquest Imaging, free support.

GMI started charging $150.
But unisysn should still be free.
What about calling philips themselves?

I've always been very happy with Summit Imaging. They're a little different. Instead of the pushy sales send field service rep feeling I usually get with the others they are more into tech support and repair parts. They can talk you through most any problem and sell you the boards at good prices. I've always had great luck and fast service. http://www.mysummitimaging.com

If you don't have a contract with Philips they don't even really want to talk to you. If they do then they will have thier FSR call you and they won't talk to you unless they make a field service visit and not with out a PO or credit card up front. And their parts prices are horrible. Talk about the high cost of health care. They don't give you anything. Far from the days of ATL and HP when you could call and talk to someone. With ATL you could hook up a modem to the machine and they would log in and fix software issues or diagnose the problem. Free. Ah the good old days. I'm in a total Philips avoidance mode.

Thanks Rick. I suspected software. Philips is very secretive with their error codes. I pulled the disks out and ran chkdsk which usually helps software issues. Odd thing is that I could not get that error all afternoon in the shop. Just as soon as I returned it to the users they got that error! They left it on so I could see the error (I don't get that often.) Two things I noticed was the network cable was connected and the error was super imposed over a DOS box with errors suggesting date/time errors. So I reset the system time to the network time (3 minuts off?!) I also noticed there were a couple of studies that had not transferred to PACS so I sent them without issue. I have not had a call back in 2-3 days. I'm hoping there may have been a system/network/PACS time issue that was hosing a routine. Next step I will do is replace the hard drives with backups. Only time will tell.
