Im having issues with my excel ultra III hv all the of displays besides the main screen are showing ones all across them. i was hoping i could get a service manual for it

Did you ever find a service manual for an Excel Ultra III unit? If not, does anyone have one? I have a unit that won't recognize the 5cm Applicator. I've tested the Applicator and it has no problems.
