Good afternoon

I have a problem with the portable mobile Shimadzu art.
the machine displays the error F56, but I need the service manual for repair.

F56 refers to one of the battery stacks being at a different voltage from the other. (Two stacks @ 120vdc each)  Try letting the system charge overnight.  If this does not solve, replace the batteries.

Can you tell me how hard it is to get parts for RadSpeed and Mobile Art Plus?

We have a customer that wants us to do PMs and service on these systems and offer contract. We do a variety of portables and Rad Rooms but I'm investigating how to acquire parts if needed. We are located in Oklahoma

Well parts are hard to get.  Only places are Shimadzu Direct.  The other is Partssource.    And since partssource gets them from a dealership its hard to get the parts for a decent price.  So if they want a contract you have to consider that.  Batteries in the mobile art are easy to get at a battery store.  I would say use the CSB brand as your best bet to have a reliable set that will last 4-5 years.

Thank You so Much! I just applied with Shimadzu to get parts. I would also like to have you as a contact should my FEs have any unknown issues., they work with all different OEMs in the Rad, RF and portable arena but when comes to Full Service with Shimadzu, I think we will offer it as differnt option.Could you send me an email with your contact in case we come across something that we need to run it by another FE for troubleshooting.
