attach annotation table to each musculoskeletal preset on Philips affinity 70

My device Affiniti 70 has an especific preset to each boby segment (shoulder, wrist, ankle, hip, knee...).

But has only one table of annotation (name of each structures) for all musculoskeletal presets.

I want to create an individual table of annotation for each musculoskeletal preset.
