Several units are coming down for repair with Err message, most of the time it is the main board that has to be replaced. Just wondering why is this happening - main board becoming defective after 3 to 4 years in use.? Any comment from the manufacturer?
Err

I had this happen too. Were they purchased at the same time. It seems to be linked to that time line. Be carefull I got a defective main board and now having an issue getting it replaced. They were notified with in the 30 days.

It is weekend here in KSA, we start our weekday work on Saturday. I'll try to compile all Cas 740 with err error next week. By the way, the unit that I have replaced the main board about a month ago, came back again with the err error.

You might wantr to check into PartsSource.com. Maybe they might be able to help for parts. I have gotten CAS 7400 parts from them before.

problem caused by esd coming from the monitor or the spo2 cable, casmed solution is to install a new sensor connector panel
