Our anode tube make noise in vertical position. If we change to the wall position the roar desappears.Any hints?

The tube Anode bearings are wearing down. The tube may last one more exposure or several years before it finally freezes up. Get the tube information (Insert type, focal spot sizes, horn angle...etc), check on pricing...etc and keep it handy for when it freezes up.. Then just keep on using it and put up with the noise until it freezes up.....like I said the tube could last for one more exposure or another thousand exposures so it would be a waste of money to replace it just because it's a tad noisy.
