Hi
I tried to re-install software on a GE Logiq 5. After installing base system and software on boot up i get a message "SW LICENCE" on the bottom left hand corner. I tried to type in the HW number i had written down prior to software installation, but a message appears indicating invalid licence.
What could be the problem?

Hello Paulo,
Does the system fully boot to the home screen with a probe running?
If the system does not boot fully to the home screen and stops asking for the SW/HW License, odds are the wrong version of software was installed, the option hardware key is not installed on the parallel port or there is a hardware issue with the parallel port.

The problem was the dongle was loose probably due to transportation.
