I found the service manual on Frank's Workshop (thanks, Frank!). But I cannot find anything about an error 1014. If you first got an E99, which is a fatal software error, then possibly an internal error 1024, that says that it is "checksum error in boot software". But the E99 says that you have to reload software, which apparently means it has to be sent in to Philips. Sorry.
