Error Code 217D0

We recently started having issues with our CR-25 not transferring an image to the computer. I selected to send a "test image" from the menu to see if that was working, and received error code 217D0.

 

Does anyone know what this means/how to fix it? Thanks!

Can take 20 minutes or 2 days. Just depends on how many users have this equipment benched. If you are in serious need of support contact Multi Diagnostic and tell them you were referred by MedWrench.

You need to install the test images onto the cr25. They should be on a disk with your system.
