Any idea what it could be

I had this a few years ago. It was Time Out alarm. I ordered extra parts because they are obsolete. It you want to bring it here we'll have it fixed in about two hours. Shoot me an email and we'll iron out the logistics. I won't charge you a penny! Just some Old School Biomed work happening.
