INCORRECT UNIT OF MEASURE

Our Bili meter all of a suddent changed units of measure and is inaccurate. Can you help me problem solve?

Hold the reset button while pressing power. Continue to hold the reset button for up to 15 sec until the unit of measure changes then release the reset button.
